Presentation at workshop at LUMC Educational Conference 4 June 2019. Copyright restrictions and the so-called 'Easy Access' arrangement in Dutch Higher Education lead to increasing costs and require at times complex license checking and extensive referencing. Solutions are to hyperlink to a work or to use Open Educational Resources (OER). The benefits of using OER, how to find and use them in teaching and how to share own work, are explained. Also the basics of Creative Commons licenses are explained.

Presentatie tijdens workshop op OnderwijsConferentie aan Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum op 4 juni 2019. Auteursrechtbeperkingen en de zogeheten 'Easy Access' regeling voor het Nederlandse Hoger Onderwijs veroorzaken stijgende kosten en vereisen soms complexe licentiecontrole en uitgebreide bronvermeldingen. Oplossingen zijn hyperlinken naar een werk of het gebruiken van Open onderwijsmaterialen (Open Educational Resources - OER). De voordelen van het gebruik van OER, hoe ze te vinden en te gebruiken bij het lesgeven en hoe je je eigen werk kunt delen, worden uitgelegd. Ook worden de basisprincipes van Creative Commons-licenties uitgelegd.
