Anatomy of the Heart with Right Dominance. This model shows an anatomical heart with right dominance. Heart dominance is described by which coronary artery branch gives off the posterior descending artery and supplies the inferior wall. Most hearts (80-85%) are right dominant where the Posterior descending artery is supplied by the right coronary artery.
