Description:
Photograph showing the innervation of the dorsum of the foot. Note that the n. cutaneus dorsalis medialis and intermedius both originate from the n. fibularis superficialis, and that the n. fibularis profundus gives off the nn. digitales dorsales hallucis lateralis et digiti secundi medialis. The n. cutaneus dorsalis lateralis originates from the n. suralis and innervates the lateral foot border.
