Origin and insertion of digastric muscle: anterolateral view. Origo: anterior belly – digastric fossa of the mandible; posterior belly – mastoid notch of the temporal bone. Insertio: intermediate tendon (tendo intermedius), passing through the fibrous loop of the hyoid bone. Latin labels.
