Description:
In this video the movements of the shoulder are shown and explained. The scapula can perform six actions: retaction (adduction), protraction (abduction), elevation, depression, upward rotation and downward rotation. For specific movements, certain actions can be combined. This video is in the "3D Anatomy Lyon" series from the Université Claude Bernard in Lyon, France.
