In this video the anatomy of the adductors of the hip is shown and explained. The explained muscles are the adductor magnus, longus and brevis, pectineus and gracilis. Of these muscles, the function, origin and insertion are shown. When the hip is in flexion, the adductors are extensors of the hip. When the hip is in extension, the adductors are flexors of the hip.
