Description:
Suprahyoid muscles: mylohyoid muscle, lateroinferior view. Origo: mylohyoid line of the mandible, insertio: median raphe of the muscle and the body of the hyoid bone, functio: pulls the hyoid bone anteriorly and superiorly. If the hyoid bone is fixed, it lowers the mandible. No labels.
