Vascular supply of spleen and pancreas. The three different types of vascularisation of the pancreas can be found here. Type II vascular supply of the pancreas (corrosion cast). 1: splenic artery; 2: splenic vein; 3: short branches of the splenic artery; 4: transverse pancreatic artery; and 5: spleen. Number labels.
