Description:
The adult cardiac conduction system. This anterior view of the heart shows important parts of the cardiac conduction system: the sinus node, atrioventricular node, bundle of His, right and left bundle branches and the Purkinje fibers. AVN: atrioventricular node, CB: common bundle / bundle of His, CS: coronary sinus, ICV: inferior vena cava, LA: left atrium, LBB: left bundle branches, LV: left ventricle, MB: moderator band, PF: Purkinje fibers, PV: pulmonary vein, RA: right atrium, RBB: right bundle branches, RV: right ventricle, SAN: sinoatrial node, SCV: superior vena cava, VS: ventricular septum. English labels.
