Borders of the triangle of Koch. The triangle of Koch is a clinical landmark for identification of the location of the AV node. The three sides of Koch's triangle are the tendon of Todaro, the septal leaflet attachment of the tricuspid valve and the ostium of the coronary sinus. The AV node lies within this triangle.
